What is doug shackelford?

Doug Shackelford is an academic and the Dean of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a member of the board of directors of the American Taxation Association and a visiting professor at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Shackelford's research focuses on corporate taxation and he has published several articles on the subject in leading academic journals. He has received numerous academic awards and honors for his work, including the American Taxation Association's Ray M. Sommerfeld Outstanding Tax Educator Award.
